Common use of Restricted Items Clause in Contracts

Restricted Items. The Contractor shall not knowingly supply any items that are restricted and/or part of existing State QPAs or "state use" contracts unless authorized in writing by the State's Contract Manager. The Contractor shall not knowingly offer products or services such as, but not limited to, ink and toner for office printers not associated with this contract, building security personnel services, shredders or shredding services, and document binders.
