Restriction on disclosure. Each party may use and disclose Confidential Information of the other party only: (a) with the prior written consent of the other party; or (b) to that party’s directors, agents, related bodies corporate, third party service providers, professional advisors, employees, contractors and permitted sub-contractors solely for the exercise of rights or the performance of obligations under the Master Agreement (which these terms and conditions form part of).
