Restrictions on Debt. No Restricted Party shall create, incur, assume or permit the existence of any Debt, other than Permitted Debt; provided that prior to the CMMC Bond Repayment Date, CMMC Holdco shall not create, incur, assume or permit the existence of any Debt.
