Restrictions on Use of Full-Time Temporary Employees Sample Clauses

The 'Restrictions on Use of Full-Time Temporary Employees' clause sets limits on how an organization may engage and utilize employees classified as full-time but temporary. Typically, this clause outlines the maximum duration such employees can be retained, the types of roles or projects they may be assigned to, and any conditions under which their status must be reviewed or converted to permanent. By establishing these boundaries, the clause helps prevent the misuse of temporary employment arrangements, ensures compliance with labor regulations, and protects both the employer and employees from potential legal or operational issues.
