Resubmittal Procedures Clause Samples

The Resubmittal Procedures clause outlines the process for submitting revised documents or materials after an initial submission has been reviewed and found to require changes. Typically, this clause specifies the format, timeline, and method for resubmitting corrected items, such as revised plans, reports, or samples, and may detail how comments from the initial review should be addressed in the resubmittal. Its core practical function is to ensure an organized and efficient workflow for correcting and approving submissions, thereby reducing delays and misunderstandings in project execution.
