Common use of Resumption of Service Clause in Contracts

Resumption of Service. If Orixcom exercises its right to suspend the Service pursuant to clause 11.1 Orixcom will use reasonable endeavours to resume the Service as soon as practicable after the reason for suspension no longer exists (subject to the exercise of any termination right on the part of Orixcom).
