Resumption of Works Clause Samples

The Resumption of Works clause defines the conditions and procedures under which construction or project activities may recommence after being suspended. Typically, this clause outlines the requirements for notice, any necessary inspections or approvals, and the responsibilities of the parties to ensure the site is safe and ready for work to continue. Resumption of Works. At any time after a suspension under Clause 29.3, ▇▇▇▇▇ may give written notice to Seller to proceed with the delivery of the Liquefaction Trains and/or with the execution of all or part of the Agreement suspended under this Clause 29. Seller will be entitled to a Change Order to equitably adjust the Contract Price and the Project Schedule prior to resuming performance.
Resumption of Works. At any time after a suspension under GC 19, the Client may give notice to the Contractor to proceed with the delivery of Products suspended under this GC 19.

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey. However, the Executive agrees to undertake whatever domestic and worldwide travel is required by the Company. The Executive shall not be required or permitted to relocate without the mutual, written consent of the Executive and the Company.

  • Cessation and Resumption of Work (i) At the time Employees cease work due to Inclement Weather the Employer or the Employer’s representative on site and the employee’s representative shall agree and note the time of cessation of work. (ii) After the period of Inclement Weather has clearly ended the Employees shall resume work and the time shall be similarly agreed and noted.

  • Scope of Works (a) Users with an appropriate licence type may be able to create and access Scope of Works. (b) The parties acknowledge and agree that: (i) any wording contained in a Scope of Works is established by the Customer, is customisable and within the Customer's absolute control; (ii) Users make decisions within ProcurePro on how to draft Scope of Works and ProcurePro is not responsible for those decisions; (iii) the Supplier is not liable for the Customer's use or reliance upon any Scope of Works; and (iv) the Supplier is not responsible for controlling the use, copying, modification or export of a Scope of Works by any User to which the Customer allows access to that Scope of Works.

  • Coordination of Work The Company shall use its reasonable efforts to minimize the necessity for road cuts, construction and the placement of new Equipment Within the ROW by coordinating its Work and sharing the use of support structures with other existing and new occupants of the ROWs.

  • PROTECTION OF WORK 12.1 Subcontractor shall effectually secure and protect the work done hereunder and assume full responsibility for the condition thereof until final acceptance by the OWNER and Contractor. Subcontractor further agrees to provide such protection as is necessary to protect the work and the workmen of Contractor, the OWNER, and other subcontractors from its operations. 12.2 Subcontractor shall be liable for any loss or damage to any work in place or to any equipment and materials on the job site caused by Subcontractor or its agents, employees or guests.
