1.1.4 1.1.1. Consultants/contractors may be substituted and/or added by mutual written agreement of A/-E and the Director, County of Orange, Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department Research and Development/Facilities Planning OC Public Works or his designee, hereinafter referred to as “DIRECTOR”.
1.1.5 1.1.2. A/-E's employment of independent consultants/contractors shall not relieve A/-E from the performance of its own responsibilities pursuant to this CONTRACT. However, all consultants/contractors independently contracting with COUNTY shall be independently liable to COUNTY for the performance of the work pursuant to their agreements, and A/E shall have no liability for work by contractors independently contracting with COUNTY.A-
