Retention Incentive Program. ‌ • Effective June 18, 2021, increase the retention incentive to 5% for employees with 20 years of service with the County of San Diego. • Effective for all “new members”, as defined by Government Code section 7522.04(f), hired into the bargaining units on or after implementation of Safety Tier D (i.e., 2.5% @ 57 formula), an additional retention premium of 5% (for a total of 10%) at 25 years of service with the County of San Diego.

Retention Incentive Program. USD 331 desires to retain quality, professional staff members who have made a long-term commitment to serving the students of Kingman Norwich USD 331 through the payment of longevity stipends. Longevity stipends shall be paid to those certified staff members that have served USD 331 consecutively for 10 years and beyond in the following annual amounts: Years 10-14 $500 paid annually on the June paycheck. Years 15-19 $1,000 paid annually on the June paycheck Years 20+ $2,000 paid annually on the June paycheck USD 331 also desires to recruit and retain new staff members to live within the school district boundaries and become active members of the communities where they teach. USD 331 believes that the residency incentive payment will help with the recruiting of high-quality applicants for USD 331, as well as with staff retention as teachers form relationships and become a part of the USD 331 community. Employees electing to participate in the residential incentive assistance program will be expected to live within the school district boundaries for no fewer than 3 years and must hold a valid teaching license in the state of Kansas.
