Common use of Retention of Goodwill Clause in Contracts

Retention of Goodwill. Until the Effective Date, Repap will continue to carry on the business of Repap and its subsidiaries in a manner consistent with prior practice, working to preserve the attendant goodwill of such entities and to contribute to retention of that goodwill to and after the Effective Date, but subject to the following provisions of this Article 4. The provisions of Section 4.2 are intended to be in furtherance of this general commitment.
