Retired Status Sample Clauses
The "Retired Status" clause defines the conditions under which an individual or entity is considered to have retired from a particular role, position, or membership. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for achieving retired status, such as years of service, age, or completion of specific requirements, and may specify the rights, privileges, or limitations that apply to those with retired status—for example, eligibility for certain benefits or restrictions on active participation. Its core practical function is to clearly delineate the transition from active to retired status, ensuring both parties understand the implications and entitlements associated with retirement.
