Common use of Retirees' Coverage Subject to Modification or Termination Clause in Contracts

Retirees' Coverage Subject to Modification or Termination. Employees who retire may continue to receive from the Wisconsin Sheet Metal Health and Benefit Fund benefits of such type and amount and under such terms and conditions as may be provided and established from time to time by the Trustees of the Fund, upon the payment by such retired employees of the required periodic contributions, established by the Trustees; provided, however that the Trustees may, in their discretion, change, limit, modify or discontinue any such benefits for retired employees.
