Retirement after Completion of 20 Years of Service with the District. Where a teacher has completed twenty (20) years of cumulative service with the District, the District will purchase, in compliance with NRS Chapter 286 and any and all PERS rules and regulations, two (2) years of PERS Service Credit for that teacher.
