Common use of Retroactive Pay Clause in Contracts

Retroactive Pay. All employees in the bargaining unit on the date of Union ratification shall receive full retroactive pay to February 1, 2018 for all hours worked and/or paid. Said retroactivity shall be paid to eligible employees on a separate pay cheque.

Retroactive Pay. All employees in the bargaining unit on the date of Union ratification shall receive full retroactive pay to February 1, 2018 2025 for all hours worked and/or paid. Said retroactivity shall be paid to eligible employees on a separate pay cheque.

Retroactive Pay. All employees in the bargaining unit on the date of Union ratification shall receive full retroactive pay to February March 1, 2018 2024 for all hours worked and/or paid. Said retroactivity shall be paid to eligible employees on a separate pay cheque.

Retroactive Pay. All employees in the bargaining unit on employed as of the date of Union ratification of this Agreement shall receive full retroactive pay to February December 1, 2018 2019, for all hours worked and/or paid. Said retroactivity Retroactive pay shall be paid to all eligible employees within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of Union ratification of this Agreement. Retroactive pay shall be issued to each eligible employee in the bargaining unit on a paycheques that are separate pay chequeand apart from their normal earnings.
