Common use of Retroactive Wages Clause in Contracts

Retroactive Wages. 18:01 Retroactive pay adjustments for the period of April 4, 2015 to the date of the signing of this Agreement shall apply to: (a) Employees who are in the employ of Southeast Child and Family Services on the date of the signing of this Agreement. (b) Employees who have left the employment of Southeast Child and Family Services during the above mentioned period as a result of retirement or death.
