Retroactive Wages. 32:01 When retroactive payment of wages is agreed to for staff employed on the date of ratification of a new Agreement, the following process will occur: 32:02 Employees retiring or who have voluntarily terminated their services will receive retroactive payment upon the Employer receiving their written request for such payment within ninety (90) days of the date of ratification. 32:03 Employees on staff at the time retroactive pay is being issued will automatically receive payment.
