Return Sample Clauses
A Return clause outlines the conditions and procedures under which goods, products, or services can be sent back to the seller or provider after purchase. Typically, it specifies the acceptable time frame for returns, the state in which items must be returned (such as unused or in original packaging), and any documentation or authorization required. This clause serves to protect both parties by clarifying expectations and processes, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring a fair method for handling unsatisfactory or unwanted purchases.
