Return from an Extended Sick Leave. Upon return from an extended sick leave, the teacher may be assigned to the same or similar position provided a vacancy exists and upon furnishing a statement from his/her physician attesting to his/her ability to resume the full performance of the duties and responsibilities. All benefits shall be reinstated upon his/her return.
