Return from Leave of Absence. The Employer will make a good faith effort to reinstate employees returning from an authorized leave of absence to their previous or similar assignment and schedule, subject to client preference and the requirements of federal and state law. An employee who fails to return to work within three (3) working days of the expiration of a leave or has not obtained an extension of the leave prior to its expiration will be considered to have voluntarily terminated employment.
