Common use of Return from Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Return from Sick Leave. Subject to Article 15, when an employee returns from sick leave they shall be scheduled as soon as reasonably possible to no fewer hours than what they were working prior to the beginning of their sick leave.

Return from Sick Leave. Subject to Article 1511, when an a full-time employee returns from sick leave they she shall be scheduled as soon as reasonably possible to no fewer hours than what they were she was working prior to the beginning of their her sick leave, even if it means reassigning client visits from the most junior employee(s).
