Common use of Return of Contributions Clause in Contracts

Return of Contributions. No Shareholder, Director or Officer of the Company will be personally liable for, or have any obligation to contribute or loan any monies or property to the Company to enable it to effectuate, the return of any capital contributions of any Shareholder or Shareholders, or any portion thereof, it being expressly understood that any such return shall be made solely from Company assets.

Return of Contributions.
