Return of Funds Deposited for Redemption of Converted Securities. Any funds which at any time shall have been deposited by TLGI or on its behalf with the Trustee or any Paying Agent for the purpose of paying the principal of and interest, if any, on any of the Securities and which shall not be required for such purposes because of the conversion of such Securities, as provided in this Indenture, shall forthwith after such conversion be repaid to TLGI by the Trustee or such Paying Agent.
