Return of Samples. Within thirty (30) days following the termination or expiration of this Agreement or within thirty (30) days from the termination or removal from the Program of a Representative (unless such Representative has been hired or retained by Company), Vendor shall cause the Representatives to return to Company all unused Product samples provided to Vendor or the Representatives by Company. Company shall pay or reimburse Vendor for all costs and expenses in connection with the storage and shipment of returned samples.
