Common use of Return of Samples Clause in Contracts

Return of Samples. On expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, unless otherwise instructed by Customer, Supplier shall, within ***, return to Customer all Samples or other supplies of the Product in its possession or control in any form unless the samples are required by regulations to be retained by the Supplier.
