Return of Your Data. We will maintain Your Data and Output for a period of 30 days after the effective date of termination of this Agreement to enable You to download Your Data and Output. After such time period, We shall have no obligation to maintain or provide access to any of Your Data or Output and may thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Your Data and Output in Our systems or otherwise in Our possession or under Our control.
