Return or Deletion of Data. Upon termination of this DPA, Processor will delete or return all existing copies of Personal Data unless applicable law requires continued retention of the Personal Data. Upon the request of Controller, Processor shall confirm compliance with such obligations in writing and delete all existing copies. In instances where applicable law requires Processor to retain Personal Data, Processor will protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of the Personal Data; will not actively Process the Personal Data; and will continue to comply with the terms of this DPA.
