Common use of Return Procedures Clause in Contracts

Return Procedures. If a Manufacturer Return Authorization (“MRA”) is first required by either Party prior to PDI’s return of Product(s) to Manufacturer, Manufacturer agrees to provide a unique MRA number to PDI within forty-eight (48) hours of PDI’s request. Manufacturer shall allow delivery of the return Product(s) as of the day the MRA is issued to PDI. If Manufacturer requires that PDI make an appointment to deliver returned Product(s), such appointment shall be provided by Manufacturer within three (3) days of the carrier’s expected arrival time.
