Common use of Return to District Service Clause in Contracts

Return to District Service. Employees shall notify the principal or division supervisor as to expected date of return and file a signed Absence Affidavit with the Human Resources office within five (5) days, if they were unable to submit one prior to the leave for those leaves that do not require advance permission.
