Return to Regular Assignment. (a) Upon completion of the leave the Employee shall return to the University for a period that is not less than the period of the leave. (b) Upon completion of the leave, the Employee shall be reinstated to the position held immediately prior to the leave. If the position no longer exists, the Employee shall be subject to the provisions of Article 24 β Layoffs and Recalls.
