Common use of Return to work to attend meeting Clause in Contracts

Return to work to attend meeting. An employee, who by the nature of their position, is required to return to work to attend a meeting held after their designated shift, shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours overtime up to the actual time worked. Overtime shall be paid at time and one-half the regular rate of pay.
