Common use of RETURNABLE ITEMS Clause in Contracts

RETURNABLE ITEMS. 8.1 Any items upon which the Supplier charges a deposit shall be collected by the Supplier at the Supplier's cost, within 14 days of written notification by SB3 that such items are ready for collection. Should the Supplier fail to collect such items or credit SB3 with such deposit SB3 may set off in accordance with clause 5.3 any deposit previously paid and dispose of the items as SB3 may see fit.
