Common use of Returning Service Equipment Clause in Contracts

Returning Service Equipment. (a) If our supply of Services to you ends, then you must promptly return all Service Equipment to us, or make it available for us to collect. (b) If you do not return the Service Equipment or make it available for collection within a reasonable period, then we’ll issue you a Bill for the reasonable market price for the relevant Service Equipment (including the cost of acquiring or renewing any necessary software licences).
