Using Equipment. 1. We may provide equipment to you for the duration of our Agreement. The equipment is our property or our suppliers’ property at all times (unless we have agreed to sell you the equipment and you have paid in full for it). 2. Any equipment we provide will be tested by us and configured to meet your basic network and internet specifications but we cannot support any alterations you make to the configuration of that equipment. 3. If you believe any item of our equipment to be faulty, you must notify us immediately. 4. You are responsible for making sure that our equipment is used safely and properly including but not limited to: 1. keeping the equipment secure on your property and insuring such equipment against loss, theft or damage; 2. following all instructions we give to you and any manufacturer’s instructions; 3. maintaining appropriate anti-virus protection; 4. setting and keeping up to date any parental controls or any other controls if available for a service; and 5. not tampering with or damaging any part of our equipment. 5. You agree to tell us immediately about any loss or damage to our equipment by contacting us at: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇. You are responsible for any loss of or damage to our equipment and we may charge you for such loss or damage. 6. If this Agreement ends or you wish to upgrade the equipment we provide, we may ask you to return the equipment to us or (at our option) allow us to collect it from you, in a reasonable condition. If you fail to do so, we may charge you for the replacement cost and recovery costs of the equipment. 7. Unless we have agreed to provide you with equipment, you are responsible for providing your own equipment to support the services (including where applicable, a computer, a modem and any necessary telephone lines). 8. Where you are using your own equipment in relation to the services or equipment: 1. you will ensure such equipment complies with all applicable laws (including but not limited to ensuring such equipment bears the European Consumer Equipment Standards "CE" mark); 2. you will only connect safe equipment to our network that will not harm our network or our other customers’ equipment; 3. you are responsible for ensuring your equipment is technically compatible with the services and we do not guarantee that such equipment will work with our services or our equipment; 4. we will not provide support for your equipment and will not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your equipment or a...
Using Equipment. 6.4.1. If you use your own equipment in connection with the Services (for example, your own mobile telephone or modem), you must ensure that your equipment: - complies with all relevant laws and directions of relevant authorities; and - complies with all of our reasonable requirements. 6.4.2. If your equipment does not meet the requirements of this Agreement, we may, with- out notice to you: - prevent access by your equipment to the Service; - suspend your access to the Service; or - cancel the Service and terminate this Agreement. 6.4.3. Maintenance of wiring and equipment in your premises that is beyond the networks of carriers over which amaysim delivers its Service is solely your responsibility. Where there is a reported fault with the Service, amaysim will communicate with You to identify the cause and you are required to test your wiring and or equipment and the Service and provide results in accordance with instructions provided by amaysim support staff.

Using Equipment. While student access to IT and VR equipment and modules is encouraged, principles of usage need to be understood and appreciated. These services are provided for school work only. The equipment is not free. Bentley Park College has invested in hardware and software requirements to deliver exciting and engaging IT and VR experiences. Students have a responsibility to respect and treat the equipment with care. This will ensure all students get to enjoy the technology.

Clear your lab table of all unnecessary materials such as books and bags before you start. d. Do not wear sandals, tie back loose hair, roll up long sleeves. e. Only use the lab equipment according to the instructions given by your teacher.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.
