Common use of Reuse Clause in Contracts

Reuse. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, the Managing Member shall be entitled, during the Fund’s term, to cause the Fund to retain and use or reinvest cash proceeds, distributions or payments from any investments that would otherwise be subject to distribution to the Members in accordance with paragraph 7.4.‌‌
