Reversals; Cancellations. You cannot cancel, reverse, or change any completed or pending Asset Transaction once it is submitted. As a result, all Exchange Transactions are non-refundable and Deposits and Withdrawals cannot be cancelled. If a Funding or Exchange Transaction is not successful or if your Account has insufficient funds or is such transaction is declined for any other reason, you authorize tZERO Crypto and the Custody Provider, in their sole discretion, either to cancel the Funding or Exchange Transaction or to debit any of your other payment methods or your Account balance in any amount necessary to complete the Funding or Exchange Transaction, in accordance with applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining an adequate balance and/or sufficient credit limits in order to avoid overdraft, insufficient funds, or similar fees charged by your bank or payment provider. tZERO Crypto reserves the right to refuse to process, or to cancel or reverse, any Asset Transaction in its sole discretion, even after funds have been debited from your account(s), if tZERO Crypto suspects the Asset Transaction involves (or has a risk of involvement in) money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other crime; in response to a subpoena, court order, or other government order; if tZERO Crypto reasonably suspects that the Asset Transaction is erroneous; or if tZERO Crypto suspects the Asset Transaction relates to a Prohibited Use as defined in Appendix 1 of this Agreement. In such instances, tZERO Crypto may reverse the transaction, and is under no obligation to allow you to reinstate an Asset Transaction at the same price or on the same terms as the cancelled transaction.
