Common use of Review and Implementation Clause in Contracts

Review and Implementation. The Association Committee shall review the implementation of this Title every two years, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties; it shall consider any issue arising from it, and take appropriate action in the exercise of its functions. It shall, in particular, fulfil the following tasks:

It shall, in particular, fulfil the following tasks: (a) coordinate exchanges between the Parties regarding the development and implementation of information technology systems in the field of public procurement; (b) make appropriate recommendations regarding the cooperation between the Parties; and (c) adopt decisions where provided for under this Title.
