Review and Implementation. The parties shall review the implementation of this Annex every two years, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties; it shall consider any issue arising from it, and take appropriate action in the exercise of its functions. It shall, in particular make appropriate recommendations regarding the cooperation between the Parties and adopt decisions where provided for under this Annex.
