Review and Procedure Limitations Sample Clauses

The "Review and Procedure Limitations" clause defines the boundaries and conditions under which parties may request reviews or initiate procedural actions within an agreement. Typically, this clause sets specific timeframes, restricts the number or scope of reviews, or outlines particular steps that must be followed before a review can occur. For example, it may limit the frequency of audits or require that certain disputes be raised within a set period. Its core function is to prevent abuse of review rights and procedural mechanisms, ensuring efficiency and predictability in the administration of the contract.
