Common use of Review of Contract Clause in Contracts

Review of Contract. 24.1 The VENDOR has carefully examined, reviewed, and accepted this Contract and there are no discrepancies, errors, omissions, ambiguities or conflicts in this Contract that are material to the VENDOR's provision of the Merchandise, the contract price or contract schedule that have not been clarified in writing by the AUTHORITY to the satisfaction of the VENDOR.
