Common use of Review of Performance Clause in Contracts

Review of Performance. The Board shall evaluate and assess the performance of the Superintendent, at least, once a year of this contract. The evaluation and assessment shall be related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's job description and annual goals for the District.

Review of Performance. The Board shall evaluate and assess the performance of the SuperintendentSuperintendent in writing at a mutually agreed upon time, at least, once a not later than December 15th of each year of this contractContract. The meetings at which the Board evaluates the Superintendent will be held in open session unless the Superintendent requests a closed session. The evaluation and assessment shall be related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's job description and the annual goals for the District.

Review of Performance. The Board shall evaluate and assess in writing the performance of the Superintendent, Superintendent at least, least once a year during the term of this contract. The evaluation and assessment shall be reasonably related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's job description and annual the goals and objectives of the District for the Districtyear in question.

The Board shall evaluate and assess in writing the performance of the Superintendent, Superintendent at least, least once a each year during the term of this contractContract, and at such other times as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Board. The evaluation and assessment shall be related to the duties of the Superintendent as outlined in the Superintendent's ’s job description description, Board policies, and lawful Board directives, and to the adopted annual District and Superintendent goals for the Districtoutlined in Paragraph 5.1.
