Common use of Review of Performance Clause in Contracts

Review of Performance. Up to three times per year, Licensee shall make a representative from its Board as well as administrative leadership available to participate in a public meeting to hear public comment and to respond to questions and concerns. The timing, format and schedule of these public meetings shall be at the discretion and direction of the City Manager.
