Common use of Revocation of approval Clause in Contracts

Revocation of approval. If at any time We consider that a version of the Software approved by Us under this Schedule 1 does not comply with all of the Requirements, We may revoke a Notice of Integration issued in respect of that version of the Software (whether issued under this or any other agreement with the Software Owner). If a Notice of Integration in respect of a version of the Software is revoked, that version of Software is taken not to be approved under this Schedule 1.
