Revocation of Membership. Any Employee who has previously submitted a written authorization for voluntary deduction of union membership dues may revoke the authorization during the month of January in accordance with the section pertaining to dues deductions. When an Employee receives a promotion out of the Bargaining Unit, it is the responsibility of that Employee to notify the Personnel Office to stop dues deductions.
