Common use of Revoking an Approved Request Clause in Contracts

Revoking an Approved Request. a. Approved requests are irrevocable by the bargaining unit member. b. The District may revoke an approved request if one or more of the conditions listed in 18.16.3 occurs after the initial approval. c. Where an approved request is revoked by the District, the bargaining unit member shall be given the option to receive pay for the banked load at their earned overload rate or to change the semester in which the banked load is redeemed.
