Load Balancing. LightEdge offers a Load Balancing Service. This service tracks network sessions and server availability in real time, directing each session to the most appropriate server. This service is available for additional monthly fees on a per real server basis. A real server is defined as each distinct IP configured in the load balancing devices and designated as a valid destination for sessions.
Load Balancing. Faculty workload is 30 SIU’s per academic year. Typically, the 30 SIU’s are split evenly between fall and spring semester, but by mutual agreement between the Faculty Member and School ▇▇▇▇, this load shall/may be balance between fall and spring in the same academic year.
Load Balancing. If a full-time contract or regular instructor is assigned a load greater or less than that considered a full load for a given semester because of special needs of the District, the instructor's load will be adjusted during subsequent semesters so that over a four- semester period (two semesters in the case of a first-year teacher,) the average load will be 15 lecture hours or the equivalent per semester. Load Balancing. The normal expectation is that in any academic year full-time contractual workloads will be split evenly between fall and spring semesters (15.00 contractual LHE each semester). However, faculty whose contractual workload in the fall semester exceeds 15.00 LHE may credit any portion of the excess amount to his or her spring workload obligation, but any such credit shall not exceed 3.00 LHE. Faculty may be assigned fewer than 15.00 contractual LHE in the fall semester only with the permission of the appropriate Vice President.
Load Balancing. The Full-Time Instructional Faculty contract load is 30 LHE over the academic year. Typically, the LHE are evenly split between the fall and spring semesters, but by mutual agreement with the Unit member and the ▇▇▇▇/Area Manager, the load may be balanced between the spring and fall semesters. Part-Time Instructional Faculty load distribution and balance shall be deferred to the Office of Human Resources. The agreement must be in place for the full academic year determining the load split at the beginning of the academic year. Faculty will be paid their full salary with any additional overload paid in the spring semester.
Load Balancing. The Operating Committee shall recommend operating policies and procedures and standard practices to the IMC to guide load balancing responsibilities performed by the Intertie Operators and any Control Area operators interconnected with the Intertie.
Load Balancing. The State routinely load balances across multiple servers, applications that run on the State’s computing environment. The Vendor’s product must be able to be load balanced across multiple servers. Any changes or modifications required to allow the Vendor’s product to be load balanced so that it can operate on the State’s computing environment will be at the Vendor’s expense.

Load Balancing. In the event that a faculty member’s schedule is less than 100% of a full-time load in a primary term, that faculty member shall either: 1) be scheduled for an additional class or assignment during the primary term and paid at their hourly/overload rate for hours in excess of 100% of a full-time load; or 2) be assigned additional classes or assignments to balance teaching loads across both terms (Fall & Spring semester) to equal 100% of an annual full-time load. Hours in excess of 100% of a full-time load shall be paid at the faculty member’s hourly/overload rate; or 3) if the faculty member refuses to be assigned overload in either semester, the faculty member shall receive a pro- rata pay reduction for the amount below 100% of an annual full-time load for the academic year.
5.7.1 The classroom assignment for a full-time instructor of credit classes in a block program shall be twenty (20) hours per week. A “block program” is an occupational program which generally involves both lecture and laboratory components and is generally offered in 4- hour blocks.
