Common use of Revolver Usage Clause in Contracts

Revolver Usage. (a) the aggregate amount of outstanding Loans; plus (b) the aggregate Stated Amount of outstanding Letters of Credit, except to the extent Cash Collateralized by Borrowers. RP Pro Forma Adjusted Availability Condition: for any date of calculation with respect to any transaction or payment, the Pro Forma Adjusted Availability following, and after giving effect to, such transaction or payment, will be equal to or greater than $50,000,000. RP Pro Forma Availability Condition: for any date of calculation with respect to any transaction or payment, the Pro Forma Availability following, and after giving effect to, such transaction or payment, will be equal to or greater than $25,000,000. S&P: Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC, a subsidiary of S&P Global Inc., or any successor acceptable to Agent. Sanction: any sanction administered or enforced by the U.S. government (including OFAC), United Nations Security Council, European Union, U.K. government or other sanctions authority.
