Common use of Rework Clause in Contracts

Rework. Contractor shall rework improperly repaired equipment, as requested by the Chief of Radiology or designated staff, correct any damage resulting therefrom, and supply all necessary parts and materials therefore at no additional cost to County. Service personnel shall also repair any defective parts purchased and installed by such service personnel and shall repair any damage to the equipment resulting from, and to the extent of, Contractor's negligence or willful misconduct, at no additional cost to County.
