Right of Access for Union Representatives. 4.1 Representatives of the Local Union shall be allowed to attend the Company’s premises to deal in the administration of this Agreement upon reasonable notice prior to notification to the company, and subject to any client restrictions. No employee may be called off his/her station by the said representative or designate without the Company’s consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
