Common use of Right of Access of Additional Contractors to Works Clause in Contracts

Right of Access of Additional Contractors to Works. (a) Subject to Section 11.13, Project Co shall grant, and shall cause all Project Co Parties to grant, Additional Contractors access to those parts of the Works as may be necessary for the Additional Contractors to carry out any Additional Works.
