RIGHT OF DISCOVERY. You undertake to allow Us to exercise the right of discovery, and particularly You shall provide Us with any documents and/or certified copies relating to your Sales Contracts and shall allow Us to make any check, including verifying whether You have fulfilled your obligations and made your declarations in a complete, exact and truthful manner.
